Probably made in the same factory in China.

I can live with matte black as the color.
Curious about this. What's the store? A fat ebike would really lower my carbon footprint in wintertime and probably be fun as well.

Mostly WV but some other locashuns also.

I have a 2009 Pugsley and a Salsa Buzzsaw so I am a fatty rider and have spare tires in the library.

Their prices are definitely right and looking at the specs they are industry standard in the now.

Really looking forward to getting it. I will need a rear rack for it and maybe a better seat. Got a set of panniers on the way also.

Nice looking ride. I'm not sure but it almost looks like a mount for a tray on the front of the headtube

Yep, it has provisions for a front rack. May or may not get that.

I will do a review once I get it and have a few rides behind me.

I guess if you're just tooling around town something like that would be sufficient but as a plaything or serious ride it falls well short of the mark. Norco will have two levels of the Bigfoot VLT available before the leaves fall this year, they will be much more fun and look a lot less cobbled together.

Don't you hate when you have a new bike waiting to be ridden, it's finally not raining and your wife has a whole bunch of stuff that has to get done I have lights charged so if it comes down to it...

As far as I can tell the sight vlt's sold out not long after they were released. I know they've gathered a lot of top picks in tests so i guess that fired up the sales. No doubt it helped but any idea if they do another production run for this year? Still one of the better deals and bike

Good. They need to seize the moment. They're ahead of the game. Great looking bikes. Fingers crossed. I'm still waiting for a couple of quotes

I just copied them to my phone then in my "photos/gallery" there's a spin icon when I select edit. Not sure why the uploader spins yours. When I save them to my phone they're crooked but after I edit/spin mine upload right side up. I was curious

Yup it's lawnmower. Green room haha, everything is so lush in this region after ~70" of precip last year and we're already well over avg for this year so far. Since 4/1 we've had 41 days where it rained at some point in the 24 hour period. 5 ice storms in a row from mid Feb to mid March left a thick ice coating that saturated the ground early then all the rain has been a muddy nightmare but it's so saturated now that anything new just runs off and the ground has this wonderfully resilient texture rather than the mud you'd expect.

There's a big network of trails in this spot but technically we're only supposed to ride the ~2 miles at the lowest end of the place because the rest is on private land. Fortunately there are no fences or even signs that say stop don't go here because... That means it's one of the few places nobody can give us e-bikers a hard time for riding on soft surface trails, they can give us a hard time for trespassing but it doesn't happen anymore. It's not hard at all to do 10+ miles and 15 is easy with only going over about a mile twice on the way out but there is a lot of climbing in those additional 5 miles.

I don't know of any apps for the Steps 8000 system, if you find one let me know because the controller is bluetooth compatible and it seems to be pretty accurate as far as distance and speed goes compared to my phone or watch that don't read well due to the thick leaf cover around here.

Don't let anyone ever tell you that you don't get a good workout riding an e-mtb. I rode again today and I'm whooped. Humping that thing up and over downed trees and through crazy ass rock gardens really works the upper body.
