FS: FKS/Pivot Bindings: Used complete sets, and parts, mix-and-match

OFFER YOUR EXTRA FKS PARTS TO EVERYONE ELSE:
    - Please hijack this thread to offer your parts (half-moons, AFD’s, brakes, the metal ring with arms, etc.) to help all maggots complete their full pairs.

UPDATE 9/2021: Look/Rossi has made it easy to buy parts at wholesale prices direct from them (USA).

    ORIGINAL POST:

    VITAMIN I’s SALE
By donation: Any money or metal Salomon bindings will support my upcoming Ski Lending Library & gear data website…or donate bacon, etc. UPDATE: I also need DVDs (or just video files) for ski movies "Immersion" & "There's Something About McConkey".

*** NOTE: NOT SURE IF SHOPS ARE WILLING TO MOUNT SOME OF THE OLDER MIXED-&-MATCHED PAIRS BELOW.

Priority given to buyers of a complete pair, but I encourage you to assemble your “custom” complete pair by mixing-&-matching any of my toes, heels, AFD’s, metal vs. plastic half-moons, etc. First come, first served for mixing-&-matching.

I will custom bend brakes to any width.

    --------

Long shot, but do you have any of the toe lifter kits (plates + screws)? Especially the longer screws for the 155?

I'm interested in the guts of a 155 toe, just the spring/spacers or whatever is in there basically. Or just an old 155 toe I can use for parts if you've got one.

I'd like to get in line for a complete set of solid 18's (or 15's if you have em) with 105mm+ brakes, plus a couple of half-moons... please.

Not sure yet. Definitely none came with any of my metal toes (DIN=18 & 15). So if I have any at all, they would have come with plastic toes (DIN=14 & 12), and might possibly be compatible with the metal 155 toes. I will verify inventory of all little parts & screws after I first give priority to buyers of complete sets.

Note to self: Toe lifter screw lengths are at https://www.tetongravity.com/forums/...02#post3771702

Sweet. Your spot in line is reserved. At 9am you'll see you might have to mix & match weird stuff, like maybe Rossi DIN=14 heels (exact same as 15 heels except a 14 spring & 14 DIN-scale markings) and maybe Coreupt-branded or Dynastar-branded DIN=15 toes, or whatever.

I have a single DIN=18 toe if that helps, but all my 155 toes are paired up. ...But I guess we could end up splitting up a pair of 155 toes if it seems "best" for the community overall (like if another maggot also needs a single 155 toe to achieve something SICK, like to get a Volant Spatula back on the hill again, haha...or whatever).

I plan to be out in the mountains at 9am tomorrow.

How about you put together and set aside a solid-toe package that you're stoked on, and I'll get back to you in the evening (or Saturday if my shit goes long). I won't get picky, unless the stuff is beat beyond reason.

    Thanks

Do you have any remains of your broken 14 heel? If yes, I might be able to provide little parts & instructions for you to fix it easily.

I'm out of extra half-moons, but I want maggots to keep posting their needs here. Like maybe we'll conclude that I should group-order 50 half-moons and be "the half-moon guy" for the community for a year or 2.

How about after 24 hours of priority on complete pairs, we then start splitting up these pairs? I just want to do whatever's best for the community overall as a whole---not sure what is "best".

FS: FKS/Pivot Bindings: Used complete sets, and parts, mix-and-match

I’ll take 8A complete 18 toe my dude! Would solve a lot of my problems. Also 2 spare half moons if I’m not too late, 1x plastic heel rectangle thing, and 2x new style, wide 18 AFDs (or who can I buy these from?)

Thank you thank you for doing this!

The 8A toe is yours. That metal toe ain't free (because I could theoretically use it someday eventually), but it ain't expensive either---just make a low donation offer.

No half-moons available, but this thread is already up to 9 unfulfilled requests for half-moons...so maybe it will get high enough to warrant a group-buy?

"Plastic heel rectangle thing": Please help me understand which part you mean. Surely I have it. I will post photos of all my individual heel parts soon...which will help to communicate. Free + shipping for those parts.

New-Style DIN-18 AFDs: I have none, but ask TGR or just order from Look. I think I've seen ~CAD$24 per new pair? Not sure.

Damnit! I just found more hidden stash, including half-moons & extra-wide AFD's. Will offer upgraded parts to current buyers, and will upgrade the listings above, etc.

Also, haven't listed all my spare parts of heels yet.

Don't know if someone claimed them or not, but I'll get in line for: 7E: Old-style DIN=15 metal toes, no AFD's included.

Those toes in Norseman's pending deal are pretty damn nice, I'll get in line.
