How to remove 20mm Manitou hex axle?
Cheap dirt jumper with a Manitou Circus(?) with a 20 mm hex axle (non qr):
I've got the dust cap off the end and the pinch bolts loosened up. Do I need to just flex the lowers of the fork open for this fucker or can the axle be pushed or pulled through the hub like most other thru axles?
Fucking thing is confusing.

This is just a guess, but thread the cap back on a few turns and tap the axle out. It'll come out enough that you can remove the cap and grab the axle to pull it the rest of the way.
