Crested Butte 401
Some friends are traveling there this weekend and were asking me for trail advise.
Anyone have any beta on the condition and/or if its even ridable this time of year?
Trail forks was last updated May 30th.

6/16/18 – One more day please for the full loop! Please stick to out and back for now, the CBCC crews just cleared the trees and did some drainage work on the ascent from Schofield, and it just needs one more day. Riding it today will leave ruts that will harden and a reminder of bikes to those not wanting to see those impacts. Please make bikes look good, not ugly!

Check Crested Butte Mountain Bike Association on Facebook. They posted Saturday that they were out clearing the trail. Normally it would not be rideable this early but it didn't snow this year. Sounds like it will be ready to go by this coming weekend. I think pretty much everything else is open.
Keep in mind the Big Mtn Enduro will be in town this weekend and some trails will be closed. Course maps won't be released until Wednesday: http://www.bigmountainenduro.com/sch...-9c47f56b-3637
