I'm sure the apostles will demand I ride their new wonder ski at least once. Perhaps I'll have a revelation that I am missing out. Good thing betelgreene will need to sell his pair next spring in a firesale if I really want a set.

You mean like how you poopoo’d the BG for years then you bought a pair and now won’t shut up about how they’re “ magic skis” after just one day on them. Like that? Lol!

Im not in on this unfortunately. I have a feeling it will be my biggest mistake on gear this year..

Previously my biggest F up was not customiZing a heavy core #5 MVP, but then the collective found me a pair on Craigslist for fairly cheap.

Gotcha. Haven’t heard. Gotta be close to the 30 max quota if not a couple over.

From what people have said on the thread probably around 17-20 pairs that will be made. Some people may have ordered who haven’t posted on here.

Keith wasn’t going to press any extras beyond what people ordered, 30 was the build cap

Yeah he won a ski trip to Georgia with Douglas and Josh Daiek.

He told me where they went but I don't remember. Said there'd be some sort of video edit eventually, maybe one of the FreeskiTV episodes. Sounded pretty cool, abeit sketchy at times.

The number as of today is 26 with a mag still comin in for two pair and a 48 hour grace period left for two stragglers, whoever jumps on them, so it looks like 30.

Thanks, everyone. Can't wait for snow!

^ same, with black ink for the line art. Limited availability on each veneer though, only enough for a handful of pairs for each veneer type

My two other praxis pairs are Birdseye maple (hardest wood) but I want to shake it up a little. Keith reported that all the veneers have held up about the same (well) too.

I’d imagine if you went for a colored ink for the line art, one of the lighter veneers (like Birdseye) would be the best choice.

Pat, you or Keith definitely need to get a shot of all 30 skis (or maybe just one ski from each veneer pair, plus a couple of the nylon top sheet ones) so we can see the beautiful family before they go off to their forever homes

this would be cool. even if it's too difficult to get in one shot, a picture of each would make a nice coffee table book

any word on what the color options will be for us nylon peasants?

Interesting. Didn’t know we had a color choice. The black on tineo would be siiiick.

I thought it was fixed. Graphic in blue aspects only, whether on nylon or veneer. That's the impression I got from the web page.

The black with blue ink are so nice, but I remember some red ones (forget the ink color) that were so nice too. Not a fan of the wood veneer, so more for you guys.
