Are the $30 battery tens units good enough?
If not, what will get the job done?

I tried a demo of one of the few hundred dollar ones. It felt like it was doing something, but it didn't do anything. Not quite convinced yet.
Now dry needling did work though, so maybe I need to go at it from a different angle.

Don't know if they help? But have had it as part of PT, and it for sure gets the muscles going with the machines they have.
Deferent pulse pulse patterns, everything from feels pretty good, to almost painful.
