Anyone want about 30 years of old Powder mags?

Quick look, oldest one I found was 1990.
Pick up in Tahoe or could possibly meet in Sac or North Bay.
Hate to have to drop 'em in the recycle bin but they gotta go.

Wow, quite the archive. Someone should save these from extinction,. Unless pages are stuck together. Then by all means.

Damn, that's cool. It'd be pretty badass to see each cover of the mag framed and on display somewhere.

Hey skij - I'd rather not ship, give it a few days, if no one steps up I'll see about boxing 'em up for you.
I know media mail is less expensive but I bet we're talking a couple of 25+ lb boxes.

skiJ - you can have them if OP is willing to ship, since you did respond first.

Really would rather not ship. Do you want 'em bad enough to road trip out here?

TahoeJ should grab them bc of proximity and then both skij and tahoej attend BBI Solitude and skiJ owes TahoeJ some excellent beer or treat.
Plus that will be fun to have the pile at the BBI bc we can all flip thru while we're drinking beers and laugh at the old the light and dry's and ads together
I can't get rid of any of my old powders either but damn they take up a lot of room. we made a garage library for all of our old powders, bike mags etc

I kind of like this idea... I'm in.

BBI Solitude? Not BBI Utah, but just Solitude? (don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of the BCC, just surprised).

Sounds like a lot of time on the crapper. Like way past your legs just falling asleep. Could cause some actual damage.

    Ha! you guys - Including b-bear - crack me U.p. ! !

    I 'll Gladly cover shipping+ …

I 'll have to look at Solitute. We Are locked - in for Red Lodge (on) March 2 and March 3 : Then

the goal is Kelly Canyon IF it is Open ( snow - mostly ).

We skied Solitude in APRIL 2010, the week after,,, the Wasatch got Seventy inches of snow in five days. April.

I called Kyle : " tell me You have been skiing... ? "

" man . . . I have skied six of the last seven days... " A happy kid from Minnesota.

The day we were at Solitude, they were claiming Eight Inches of *new* snow. But

I was thigh deep at mid-mountain, and when Josh came in at 11a, he said,

" IF we have to go home Right Now, the trip has been a success... "

He reported he was skiing through chest deep snow high on the mountain.

. . . we had four more days...

b-bear. … You Know you and Teneile are in charge of the East Idaho portion of March 2019, don'tcha : )

It Is the 'BigLost Freedom tour ! ! : D

I think I started buying Powder back in 1985.

… let it go a few years ago(,) and immediately wished I had the Sarah Burke tribute issue.

someday, I am gong to find my Legends of skiing fold-out cover issue and get that cover framed.
( I got a second copy for Just that purpose. )

Thanks for the laugh (!) ' see You in 2019.

And Thanks to tgr for host this community... tj

They are in the original box under the food processor and Woc I never use.
