Talk to swissiphic and maybe, just maybe, he can custom build a set of tip extenders for you

Yea, was afraid of that. 179 just too short for my bulk

These skis are great for days when it hasn’t snowed for a while. Stable, easy to turn and stiff as a priest at boys choir practice.

My friend has these with wood veneer on top and they rip. Like a Brahma but more fun. I like them way better than my Wren 98's which I can't seem to get comfortable on.

    Somebody buy these!

I have these exact same skis, year and length. For reference, I usually prefer a ski in the 185 range, but ON3P measure length tip to tail so the 179 is the same length as, for example, my old 183 Gold Gotamas. They are absolutely perfect for a daily driver out East, they've got ON3P stability with a lively length for icy bumps and slalom turns. I had demo'ed the 184s which are absolutely awesome for flat out railing, but the 179s are perfect for anyone that sometimes ventures in the bumps or trees. Someone needs these - you will not be disappointed.

I already have a set of these and now that they stopped making this model I'm really tempted to get a second set
