Man this is so sad. I read SW montana thread this morning, and when I saw capone's name i felt really upset. Never met him, but he did pm me some great beta about Troots, still planning on making a trip there this spring. He seemed like a really nice fellow, i hope he rides eternally in ullr's blessed snow.

Terrible news. I Always enjoyed his posts, he was obviously a maggot that lived the life and got after it. RIP

    RIP TWO-TURN

Well said hick, Tony's stoke was infectious, he inspired and will be missed by more folks than he could have imagined.

Damn gonna miss you Tony, the BB community lost one of our own yesterday, hurts bad.

    So cheers to you, tone-loc, pole-whacks, fist-bumps, and cold-smoke homie😓

Here is a cool sequence of my buddy Troy's first run down Northwest direct. He came in a little hot and it wasn't pow, but he ripped out of it Bridger Style:

The old ski hill was looking mighty fine on Wednesday.

I won't be able to make it up, but I imagine there are some hot lines still to be had. Rip it up.

Snow started sliding around from the sun so that was all. Got to ski a sweet little spine that I never got on before, really nice. I bet Saddle was amazing, but I just love the terrain in Slushmans proper when it's good.

    Pics are from 27th.

    The nose direct looked sic.

Ptarmigan/Avy Gulch were fun all the way down for a few laps:

Fun tracks abounded everywhere! No grass or rocks encountered.

    A gift:

    Our investment!

    This run was so fun.

Rolling up to this first was sweet! Sorry guys. Even the shoulders looked like AK spines.

    I kid you not.

Mid season fun on the first snowfall!

My buddy T-roy was stoked. He just kept on rippin, huge smile on his face. I just wanted to share that with y'all, as I was amping out of my mind on Oct 27th! Can't wait for more

I'm another one he showed around when I visited Big Sky back in 2010. Seemed like a genuinely nice guy excited about where he lived.
