I was thinking Tom Berenger but the Hof makes more sense. Couple others I'm not sure of:

1. Guy to the left of Grace Jones. From The Fugitive or Twilight Zone remake? Indiana Jones with short sleeves doesn't make sense.
2. The thing driving Ecto-1.
3. The green alien with the sun visor, sunglasses, and head phones.
4. Guy to the left of Jason's mask.
5. Guy in the Mr. T headlock.
