PSA: Stoic Bombshell Insulated Jacket - $99 @ SAC

I had the non-insulated version for a few seasons - great bang-for-the-buck, especially below $100.

Thank you. I have one and I just picked this one up for it's eventual replacement. It's a great inbounds jacket especially if you run cold.

Based on the BC reviews, I'm thinking these run a little smaller than Marmot/MH/etc. Is that correct?

I have the non-insulated version, runs a little small. Bump up a size and you should be good. Great bang for the buck on this.

Like Cinnepa said - fits like a Large/XL Tall
I'm 6' 5", 215#, and it fits me really well for a resort jacket. Love the wrist gaiters.

Down to $82.49. Too bad I don't need a jacket.

I have the uninsulated and previously had the insulated. It's a great jacket, especially at this price. I do agree with the reviews, though. The exterior material is much thinner on the insulated version. Also, the thumbholes in the gaiters are very painful. Love the gaiters, just don't use the thumbholes.

It was $82.49 till I added it to the cart, then went back up to $98.98.

My large arrived and fits fine. I looked at my old one and it's a women's large but they seem to be the same size. I'm 6'2" 175#. The fabric seems a little cheaper on the new one.

What color is your old one? Did you know it was a Women's large?
