Evertherm stuff was excluded from the discount.

I'd be wary of anyone's claims about Evertherm at this point. It should perform just like any other insulated jacket when new, the real question is how well it retains its insulating capabilities after a few seasons. But if you want to be a guinea pig and test it out, let me know how it goes!

Just saw that. I'm not going to be a tester on it. Not in a hurry since I have good insulation now, just curious for when the pricing does drop.
