It is a dumb comparison, but I understand the overarching idea of the article. My gravel bike handles like a high top tubbed 29er XC race bike. Fast on the flats, likes to get rowdy when the trail goes down. Even still, I take my mountain bike out when I want to go for a mountain bike ride...they are not that similar
