According to the state statutes info, that has to be a felony trafficking or manufacturing charge. Serious risk. Damn.

There's also an incarceration element. Bond amount is about flight risk. Bond amount vs. max fine is apples vs. oranges.
The word is that some local ID jurisdictions are hitting vehicles licensed in WA, OR and CO (legal pot states).

You mean like ISP planting an unmarked vehicle or POS Chevy Nova at the Huntington, OR dispensary writing down and radioing their plate numbers and vehicle description and busting people as they come across the Snake River in Ontario back into Idaho?
Meanwhile in Idaho we have all the pedophile priests and others pederants and methheads we want and they somehow get off scott free.

what a bunch of shit. 30 years ago I got pulled over in Nevada accused of drug trafficking. My bail was only $10000. Yea I once considered a move to Driggs thank glad I didn't. Good luck let us know if looks like he will be in longer than a day.

So fucked UP. LBL has provided nothing but stoke and seems like a stand-up man who's there for his family. Donated.

He had to have been charged with trafficking for that bond amount or at least there's more to the story. Idaho sucks for weed laws. I've got bets with friends that we'll be the last state to legalize.
Yes, there are unmarked ISPs at the Washington and Oregon borders. People are really getting nailed by Ontario and between Moscow/Pullman. Plenty of stories in the news about improper search and seizures for out of state plates. Pro tip-if you're coming back from OR to Idaho, go through Nyssa and drive the speed limit. That will take you a few miles from I84 and where the cops hang out. Only costs 10-20 minutes in travel time.
