QFT. One of my first jobs was at a Sizzler. We used kale to garnish the salad bar - Even a sizzler doesn't think that crap is for food. It was the lowest of low that no human would knowingly consume. It's just barely worse than arugula

Iceberg works in two situations:
1) Wedge, when you're confidently avoiding any pretense of eating something green for health purposes.
2) On a burger. Further, its the only lettuce that works on a burger, and I will cut anyone that says differently.
