    Criminal master minds. Cant register a car that has a stolen VIN. Maybe they are pro exporters and have buyers in Russia and Asia.

    Earlier this year in Central Asia I had kabobs, beers and a couple runs with an exporter of stolen cars from the USA. Real sweetheart, he was.
