Wow. Pretty sure I caught the tale end of that show. Senior in HS and a couple of waiters where I was bussing tables were Castleton students. Ended up at a house party on the lake that caused brain damage for sure so memories were a bit foggy. Always thought it was phish, just remembered it being some dead like band from Burlington playing the cafeteria.

About same amount of people at the show in poultney. Crazy to think what they get as crowds now. I was tripping balls.

^^ I saw shows with fewer than that in bars in CO in the late 80's and early 90's. Nobody knew what they were all about and they played in small places. It was great

4? That hurts Yeah the last two shows I went to the crowd ruined it for me. My wife won't even go anymore.

Where did you work? I might have been at that party. There were so many brain damaging parties in that area at that time, it was such a free for all between Poultney, the lake and Castleton. There were some big shindigs up around Benson too where that blue weed was grown, that stuff would FUCK YOU UPPPP

Where does the clientele for this car fit on the douche meter? Methinks they keep it 100, as the kids say.

Also Phish’s music sucks, I know it, you know it, everybody knows it

Bobby, get out the JC Whitney catalog. You surely have someone who can breathe a bit of off-road magic into this ride per the suggestions above? Let's get this deal done and move that steel.

And it needs a name. How about "White Supremacy?" Throw a tastefully small confederate flag sticker on the back window.

Royals Hearthside. We would have been the high school kids that brought a bottle of bacardi 151.

Not a big fan of the Phish. Fun and all seeing them at Nectars or The Front as a college band. Even dragged my SU friends to see them when they played Chucks in syracuse. Cool that they were from VT but that's about it.

Back to the regularly scheduled thread, how much lift does that Jeep have? Not enough as it currently sits.

I helped water fishman's pot plants and used to go to the diner in Fairfax with Trey. Want do I win?

They were a good bar band at Nectars and the shows at the Flynn were pretty good but I always hated the scene.

This is what I'm talking about. Personal connection.
Not stories about how you got drunk at a show 20 yrs ago with 150 other people.

SO far, Foggy's in the lead.

Prizes? I'm not sure what they have at the home office in Wilson.

Bobby, a picture of Ashlee playfully fondling the truck nuts belongs in this truck's online portfolio.

I assume she already has it posted on her Instagram account, which I'm still awaiting a link to...

I don't think they should have painted the calipers red - small brakes and giant wheels aint a good look. Almost like they're overcompensating for something.

Yo peanutman. We're trying to help Bobby get this sold here and not nitpick the vehicle's faults.

I admittedly lost interest in Phish quickly, but Jerry was still alive then so.

Back in the day (mid/late 80s) if you bought Popper a beer or two and let him bum a few butts he would hang for hours. Spent a few different nights drinking with him and Chris Elliott at the Ivy in P'ton but both were just local band guys back then so it was just a normal thing to see them around the area. First time I ever met him Popper was playing at a house party (pre Traveler I believe) hosted by the Menendez Brothers (yes, same ones), either 85 or 86. The area music scene was pretty strong in central NJ in those days, ARU, Traveler, Ween, Solar Circus and some red headed kid from PDS.

Ashlee is more of a specialist. We don't waste her talents on low dollar cars like that Jeep.

We may or may not have crossed paths in the 80s and early 90s. That sounds very familiar.
