Why not just a cheap price based on the condition he fixes it up and keeps it in the family. Do you need the money? Let him make an offer.

I made my first visit to Nashville last w/e.

Place is a bit funky Bobby. It might be trying too hard.

    1) Didn't realize y'all had armadillo's that far north
    2) Who the fuck eats brisket at 7:30 AM? I go down to hotel lobby and some lady is carving up brisket under a red light.
    3)The bachelorette thing is wacked.
    4) $49.99 for a snap back Predators baseball cap. Y'all are fuckin' crazy.
    5) I met Jerry Stackhouse.
    6) There were people dressed like the Good Humor man protesting circumcision outside the convention center.
    7) I didn't see one exotic car.

Nashville is absolutely trying too hard.

Place has gone full on cash crazy.

All the exotics hang out in Brentwood, where I live. This video game guy here just got a Chiron.

There are so many wealthy people moving from NYC/LA/Bay Area that are considering buying Nashville and Austin TX, particularly. Get some!
