Hey Bobby, What's your opinion on this?

    5TFUY5F11GX514531

It only has 14879 miles but it looks like it's already had 2 owners. First owner was in Alberta, second in Arkansas and now it's sitting at a dealership in Utah.

Back in the day they had those groovy little del taco serving trays - small size, smooth fiberglass, fit under the seat, perfect rolling trays. I'm sure they "lost" a million before they went to the plastic ones with the texture that absolutely sucked. 1970's problems..

Thanks brotha! Iím thinking of driving down tomorrow and checking in out.

Is it unusual that a truck with such low miles has had 2 owners?

Is it unusual for a vehicle to start out in Canada then Arkansas and then end up at a dealership Utah? Is it possible the thing is a lemon or been in a flood or something? Would you buy it?

Lots of trucks are bought out of Canada and imported to the states. A buddy of mine does that.

I would check warranty remaining. Other than that it seems like a good low mile Toyota.

    hey bobby -

looking at 3VWM17AU3HM536245 (VW 6mt awd wagon), with a branded title. wondering what a VIN search shows up. thanks much.

also, any back of the envelope math on value reduction for a branded title? It was 'just to the back bumper' and occurred while at the dealership and was repaired there.

I just had some conversations with my credit union and insurance agent regarding branded titles, we need to get a car for the kiddo. They both basically told me the same thing. Make sure it's not a flood car and dont pay too much. They didn't really give me a standard percentage off for a branded title, but my IA did say he would be able to quote me how much he could pay me if the car was totaled, and that seemed to be a pretty good guide for buying the car. My CU told me they wouldn't loan on a salvage title, but would loan on rebuild/rebranded titles. No interest rate penalty.

I think the California black plates should only be issued to pre 1970 cars and this is why.

One of the greatest classic cars in my eyes. Saw these on Isla Mujeres in Mexico. Seemed like kick ass way to get around on a small island in the YucatŠn peninsula.

I miss the era of big Vans. I pass the Mark III place and always get a little misty eyed.

Someone school me on the best way to by a Toyota Sienna. Want White, LE AWD, with the lane departure and blind spot bells and whistles. 2018 to new would be fine. Tried Costco, but they don't have any dealers in area. Credit union found some, but all FWD. Located in San Diego.

Why? Both Pacifica and Odyssey are better. Sienna is a decade old at this point.
