Thanks Bobby, lack of service records (grease monkey #76?) is killing that one.

Cruise Northside Drive to/from the office every day and lately I've been passing no less than 4 Rolls each day, 3 are usually the same but there's some kind of rotating 4th/5th out there as well. I remember when a Rolls was unobtanium and reserved usually for the guy/gal with a driver. Now it seems to be fine as a daily. Not my cup of tea, but hey.

To pile on the P-car news of the day, it appears Porsche is going to drop 3 new high-performance variants of the 911 in the next year: a Sport Classic (911 Turbo S with a manual), 911 ST, and my favorite, a 911 RS 50th Anniversary complete with ducktail.

No car. That there is the official car (or its lesser variants) of wannabe gang bangers and petty theft artists and victims everywhere in ATL.

Cant mention the V6 variants in the same breath as a Hellcat Redeye. That's a 100k Charger.

Do you scoff at AMG cars, similarly, because clowns run around the hood with their rusting C230's?

No here the clowns run around almost exclusively in Dodges, A Class Mercs or leased to the hilt $200,000+ whips.

By extension, any relatives of these are scoffed at.

Think of it as Dodge's middle finger to the Prius crowd.

My main problem with the hellcat is that they haven't made a Pacifica variant yet. Revenge of the R63.

Bobby's used car lot and Free Carfax

I have an adverse reaction to just about every dodge muscle car variant, mustang, Chrysler fake rolls I see on the road. But I’d buy an 89 escort so I have some stuff to work out in therapy.

The Chevy SS (model not trim) gets a huge pass though.

Oh, I know the mechanical reasons it's not happening, but that's no excuse for such a good idea. It doesn't even have to be a hellcat - there's no real performance or strong variants of minivans, yet plenty of us would appreciate one.
Also - it's not like Chrysler is spending lots on product development given that 90% of their shit is "shove a hellcat motor in our old challenger/charger chassis or a truck"

I feel like Chrysler is just gonna ride the internal combustion engine into the sunset then shut off the factory lights at some point. Ford and GM seem to be trying.

Resurrection of the K car with electric motors possibly? The K car saved them once, they need an electric sequel.

Any recs on car shipping services? Doesn’t need to be enclosed, but looking like I’ll be getting an element from outside New England.
