There's a Urus I seem to pass almost every morning on Peachtree that, as if it didn't look ridiculous enough, has been outfitted with the most obnoxious purple wheels to match the equally Grimmace-colored body.
It's usually around 7:45am, so I can only assume that the guy is on his way to another long day of work at Ed Hardy.I still call it The Jake.

Why are all dealers saying "no haggle" pricing...isnt that part of the fun? At least a fair deal for both sides? IE currently, the TDI Touaregs are being bought at auction and jacked up $4-5k over what should be a fair market price, after a car wash/detail...
I want to be respectful, but not ripped off and they arent THAT rare that they rate these price increases. Is this really the deal now?
-

Haggling is a waste of time and they likely know the local market prices. If they're so cheap and easy at auction get someone to buy you one there and deliver it. I think the typical cost is 1-1.5k in reconditioning work for auction cars, then add in labor cost for selling and debt service etc.

Good to see P Cars well represented in this thread.
Bobby; I'm looking to add a run-about to my stable. Mainly, something so I don't need to drive my 996TT when I don't need or want to drive my truck. Could you run this VIN for me?
VIN: WVWLF7AU9GW240158
Much appreciated.

Just landed a new job that will have me putting 25K miles on a car every year. Northeast US which means occasional shit weather. What says the collective about a couple year old, low-mileage A6 with the 2.0? Prices out like a new Camry fercrisake and I think I'll actually enjoy driving it. Up for other suggestions including hybrids which will help with mileage. Max $30K.
