Bobby's used car lot and Free Carfax

Appeared to be a flood of “rare” 911’s that were poorly bid. RUF Porsche’s and so forth. We didn’t see a single one even bid close the reserve and there were a lot of them offered.

One was for sale near us a few years ago. Original owner. Sidepipes, cheezy macrame and original 8 track. It was glorious, and he sold it quick for asking.

You guys think some people get really triggered around here? You should check out the Rennlist or other Pcar forums and ask about IMS issues.

I made that mistake researching solutions to it a few years ago. Touchy, touchy.

Tray in the dash for de-seeding the weed-check.
    Beer holders-check
But does it have a bed in the back with fur on the walls and ceiling?
And that 8 track player needs a matchbook or the tape won't play right.
My buddies had so many seeds lost that plants started growing in it.

Back in the day they had those groovy little del taco serving trays - small size, smooth fiberglass, fit under the seat, perfect rolling trays. I'm sure they "lost" a million before they went to the plastic ones with the texture that absolutely sucked. 1970's problems..

Lots of trucks are bought out of Canada and imported to the states. A buddy of mine does that.

I would check warranty remaining. Other than that it seems like a good low mile Toyota.

    hey bobby -

looking at 3VWM17AU3HM536245 (VW 6mt awd wagon), with a branded title. wondering what a VIN search shows up. thanks much.

also, any back of the envelope math on value reduction for a branded title? It was 'just to the back bumper' and occurred while at the dealership and was repaired there.

I just had some conversations with my credit union and insurance agent regarding branded titles, we need to get a car for the kiddo. They both basically told me the same thing. Make sure it's not a flood car and dont pay too much. They didn't really give me a standard percentage off for a branded title, but my IA did say he would be able to quote me how much he could pay me if the car was totaled, and that seemed to be a pretty good guide for buying the car. My CU told me they wouldn't loan on a salvage title, but would loan on rebuild/rebranded titles. No interest rate penalty.
