Do you need to replace all the heel parts? Or do you just need one of the heel parts?
There is a track part, a sliding heel part, a brake part, etc.

I found a used spare heel part. The DIN scale indicator is very scratched up, so it’s very hard to read (I needed to use a flashlight even in broad daylight).
The flaw is it provides only max of DIN=10.5 even though I set it to the max position of the “12” labeled line. I determined this by using my hand to compare resistance by feel between this part and my other newer pair of Jesters. So, If you only need 10.5 or lower, then this will work fine.
Free parts + shipping from Whistler + one beer for the long line at post office= US$25.

I’ve got a pair of Griffon demos I’ll send your way for $50. Might be able to reuse the sliding heel part for your purposes

Thanks for the replies. I think I’ve solved the problem for now. But may be hitting you up if things change.
