    This winter?

    This is troll bait, right?

    I'll bite.
I ski mostly in Norway (and this season also in Cham) where ski resorts close in may and touring season goes to june. It's a little early to say how many it will be this winter, but currently it's around 40 something. It will probably end around 70ish?

No idea if that is a lot or not. I know people who have plenty more for sure.

Not sure about that. I don't have kids yet (at least I hope there will be some) and I get a little envious when I see people bringing their kids out on the mountain. One of my buddies kid did his first 180 when he was four, 360 when he was five and now he is 7/8 and skis pow like a champ. Has to be wonderful to ski with your kids?

13 YTD. Maybe 15. Probably get 8 more. At worst, a noon start to 4 if really cold. Usually 9-10 AM start to 330/400

I should finish up with Cinco (hopefully) at right around 52 or 53. Modest number for most here I'm sure, but that's a pretty solid season for me. In fairness though, about 1/5 of that is teaching. Not ready for it to be over.

This season is only a little more than half way over. Way too soon to tally. But I count kid days for sure. Building toward the future.

second that, I got 6 and it's not worth posting and being considered as a serious skier.

the year I skied 25 days living in Houston with only 2 weeks of vacation, that was serious.

I'm at 6 with an eye on next weekend. Usually get 10-15 post single life. Getting up early, driving 3 hours, parking in BFE and schellping gear on a shuttle bus to a packed shit show... even one run counts as a ski day IMO.. Also taking tele laps around the neighborhood in a semi annual decent snow event counts IMO..

Kids are sometimes difficult, sometimes stoke enhancing. That said, my most frustrating and patience testing day with a kid or whiney butt teen is better than the best days I had skiing 100 days a year all over the country. Passing everything that's so great about this activity down to your kids is extremely fulfilling even if they don't seem to love it like I do right now.
Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!

What a stupid thread to start in the middle of the season...but consider the source.

Try again in June or July when most of our seasons are done.

I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...

0, live in Virginia near the beach. Killing me see old stomping grounds in Northern New England crushing it the last week. Got one week in early April in Colorado. Can't wait.....Not enough days though!

So far 42. Aiming for 55-60, should hit that easy. Been a good season and some of the best days are yet to come.

Exactly. Ok, maybe a little more than half but still a lot of life left in this season. Had a slow start in Nov/Dec but been working on catching up, 6 days in CB in a week should help bump the count then we're right into corn skiing which is the second best kind.
