Lower Calf Creek Falls in Grand Staircase/Escalante is a classic family hike to a really cool waterfall. Easily done driving from Bryce and back in a day.

Not my photo. Mine all have people in them. But it's hard to take a bad pic of that falls. Beautiful spot.
