Roofalanche fatality at Kirkwood
Man, the slides from this latest CA storm cycle have been brutal. My friend in SLT sent me this sobering report of a roofalanche killing two at Kirkwood:

...found...after a neighbor spotted some ski gloves on the snow by the family's condos.

The impact of the snow off the roof often knocks the victims out. I have seen a roof avalanche go right through the windshield of a car and fill the car with snow.
