Anyone been to an "Egg" Party

Not as in the some Easter or animal eggs, but someone I know is having a Fundraiser to at least partially pay to Freeze her eggs and someday hopes to have kid(s) without the pressure of the biological clock. She is making it sort of like a big combination of a Stag and Drag with food and Charity type of auction.

Anyone ever get an invite or attend one??

Lol, wut? Tell her to get on with it or adopt. If you're so old you've dumped all your eggs, then having a baby ain't gonna be a walk in the park. Now, the biological urge to breed is certainly a strong thing with women, but while it's one thing to get your eggs frozen, I think it's entirely another to have a fundraiser expecting others to pay for her delaying her life choices. A party? That's tacky as hell.

Tell her that you volunteer to be a sperm donor (the old fashioned way of course...no turkey basters allowed) but she better hurry since her clock's ticking and you can practically hear her womb shriveling up and cobwebs gently blowing in the breeze in there. Post a TR.

I dunno. Seems that getting all sciency about it kinda takes out all the fun of procreating. If it wasn't for the "trying" part, there's no way in hell I would have allowed myself to spawn. Babies are a royal pain, so it sure better be worth it!
