That pencil mark in front of serial is cc. Mounting scale is 5-9. I bought the Carlos mounted. So I adjusted them to my boot and skied them. They ended up @ 9. I have my Bones mounted @ 7 and I like them better there. A lot. I want to try forward mounts

As good in untracked as the Rens?

That’s the best ski I’ve ever used in untracked, but my PBs are about to challenge that

I would call untracked a draw. Rens a great skis. Bones/Carlos wins out on versatility factor. So fukkin good, I've been dd'n em for a few years now.

Yep, my nerd database includes a note that says I measured my 191cm Boneshaker 2013 as:

Manufacturer's "Freeride" line at -8.2cm from TC,
"Freestyle" line at -4.2cm from TC,
and my bindings on my pair ended up at -8.1cm from TC, and I like it there so far (only 1 half-day skiing on them so far).

Site's legit. You could also pick them on Ebay.de for another 10 Euros if that feels safer, but they haven't posted US shipping on there

Ya the site looks good. All my cash is either going towards paying off debt or saving for ski trips right now. I know I’ll regret not buying these, but I still need a touring set up and then a 135mm deep day ski.

Hey, Vitamin I, does your nerdabase have a curb weight for the Carlos/Boneshaker? I've been digging around on the internet for it, but all I came up with was some mugshots of a guy named Half a Head Carlos...

    Yep, my nerd database says:
    My fresh out-of-plastic 191cm Head Boneshaker 2013 weighed 2616g avg (individual skis were 2626g & 2605g).

Right on, thanks! Now I can update my own spreadsheet without removing bindings and breaking out the scale.
