Tight racing for the men’s podium. Field is so deep this year. Can’t wait to see them race on dirt

That was a good race.
The Syndicate needs to sort out their tire situation. And everyone's snapping chains. Kinda surprised that's still an issue.
But glad to see someone new on the top step. And looking forward to watching Vergier for the rest of the season. I think once he really finds his pace, he's gonna be a legit contender at every race. Still haven't figured out if Shaw will have the needed consistency (if he can keep his bike together). But regardless, it's awesome to have 3 Americans who are legit podium contenders in any given race.

Interesting to see Luca NOT push it for the points. Wondering if Greg bitch-slapped him back in the pits. Definitely not keeping that #2.
Not sure if I'm jiving well with the fucked up start orders. However many are in a shit ton.

Heck of a race... was really pulling for Luca to keep it together.
Impressive win, impressive run by Gwinn with the whole hand situation

Great race. And yeah, I'm not into the whole start order thing.
Glad to see there are some legitimate contenders moving up the ranks. Was worried this season was just gonna be another gwin show, especially with minnaar out.

such a short course but it was good watching. bummed to see my fav Bruni dab and thus lose any chance early on too.
It would have been cool to see Luca do it twice in a row
we had a house guest so had to whisper scream watching it lol
and yeah toast^ cool to see some of the lesser known guys moving up- that dakotah norton kid etc. as for the ladies we are back to the rachel show. no complaints tho- glad to see her back and dominatingskid luxury

Val Di Sol, bringing on the carnage.
Looks like Gwin is out, or at least lame. Myriam Nicole out as well. Wondering if the wetness will mean Danny Hart can put something together. Although Pierron is looking semi-unstoppable these days.

Minnaar and G.Atherton both have raced with their thumbs taped or velcroed to their bars. Time for captain murka to step up!!
Now's about the time we get to see how focused and mentally strong Pierron is. You know he's been thinking about a WC championship for the first time for weeks now.Besides the comet that killed the dinosaurs nothing has destroyed a species faster than entitled white people.-ajp

Can't wait for the races.. .
It's an interesting year... love that despite a repeat winner, there isn't some crazy dominance thing going on...www.dpsskis.com

I think Coulange is on a Commencal the last couple races(not positive). That would make 8 high single pivot bikes qualifying in the top 20. Be hard to argue the bikes hold them back. Guessing braking isn’t too negatively effected also

2018 World Cup
Not sure which run I liked watching more between Laurie and Amaury. Maybe slight edge to Laurie. Kid is comfy in full loose mode

It was cool to see Pierron take some unique lines and have it pay off. That kid is on top of the world right now.

Bump for Mont St Anne. Always an entertaining track to watch.
I think Minnaar's supposed to be back for this round. And I'd imagine Gwin's thumb has gotta be mostly recovered. And with Pierron, Shaw, and Vergier, Brosnan, Greenland, Macdonald, and Iles all going fast these days, it'd be awesome to have a legit battle for the podium with all the contenders in play.

A few are back from injury and a few are still out. No Gwinn for this one
Soo gnarly . Those poor rims

Interesting that Eddie Masters went to the ews this weekend instead of Mont st Anne. He's a contender at the ews, but he's had some good DH results this year. Didn't think he was quite ready to join the dh retirement league full time just yet.

Just amazing to watch some mid pack guys put together fast runs then see Troy and Bruni ride on another level. Solid showing from Shaw too, who may have been trying to finish a lap with no issues (maybe?)
