I Fractured the Medial Femoral Condyle

Doesn't seem like a very common thing. Was skiing and walking around on it for 3 weeks before the MRI showed what the real problem was. Now that I've been on crutches for a week way less pain. Gone from almost ODing of anti inflams and Tylenol and icing to nothing at all.

Its just a hairline fracture so the x ray didn't see it. So anyone with experience??

    kitchenaid meat grinder

Cut from the shoulder, ground chuck ranges from 15 to 20 percent fat and was favored by our tasters for its "rich" flavor and "tender," "moist" texture. The best choice for burgers. Tasters found ground sirloin a bit "dry" in burgers, though it did have "good beef flavor."

I had a nasty bone bruise in my right femoral condyle. Fell directly onto the bone while skateboarding.

The bone bruise is said to be often more painful than a fracture. Mine ached for at least 6-9 months if I remember correctly.

    Sorry.
