If you need a Life Coach, there's one guy on this site I highly recommend. His name rhymes with "panno."

    All I'm going to say.

I mean, a diet coach does a few months of online training and charges just as much as a dietitian.... but a dietitian has at least a bachelors degree plus supervised training and testing... same with financial planners, doctors, therapists.. they all have a lot of schooling.

Life coach or therapist... wellness coach or doctor..

Is this ok? I guess if they can get people to pay them, more power to them?

A life coach is someone who couldn't make it as a yoga instructor.
There are a lot of various and sundry coaches around Truckee. The POS newspaper--not Moonshine Ink, the other one--does pieces on them all the time.

Best thing a coach ever did for me was make me realize how much playing organized football sucked.
Damn, we're in a tight spot!

Paddleboard yoga classes are big around here.
In the park in Sacramento there are always these organized cult workout events. Why do you need to pay someone to help you run in circles around the park?

No, she put it in its cage when I asked her to.

I kinda wish I hadn't seen it and it escaped on the bus. I love it when shit like that happens.

So what you're saying is, despite all your rage you are still just a rat in a cage...

    ...that explains a lot.

If the rat had escaped and ran around the bus people would have been screaming and standing on their seats and I would have gotten to call on the radio that I had a lose rat... then it would have to be caught.

It would have been really fun had it escaped.

When you say bus, do you really mean motor coach?
