Does This Storage Container Exist?
Clear
Durable
Stackable
Latching Top
40-65 Quarts
This model is close but the durability gets hammered in reviews.

These are the best ones I have found.

I use these a ton for work stuff and storage. They make a bunch of different sizes that all stack together.

I think clear and durable are mutually exclusive. The clear ones are all much more brittle from what I’ve seen than the opaque ones.
I have a bunch like these that are great: https://www.homedepot.com/p/HDX-27-G...NE-5/205978361

Clicked the link and was initially like, yeah, that does look like a really useful box. Now who makes it? Will swing by and check these out. Thanks.
It does seem like the clear plastics are generally more brittle. The problem is I want to see the shit I'm hoarding like a pack rat.

I've found the Sistema stuff much more durable for clear plastics in the smaller sizes - they have a noticeably larger temp range and aren't as prone to shatter below 0F compared to sterilite. They make what you want, but I've no idea where it's sold http://sistemaplastics.com/products/storage

I've been using Sterilite and so far so good. I drilled 4 holes at the top for bungee hooks to lock them down in the trunk. I use one for liquids such as windshield washer - oil - WD40 - windex and a water bottle.
The other is for emergency stuff like air pump - mini poncho - tools - tape - gloves and whatever else my MacGyver brain can think of.
With all the stuff they have not cracked and the latches works fine

All the clear latching containers I see are made by Iris. Like the design but Iris is the same company that makes the Ziploc containers with the questionable latch in my original post.
Yeah, looks like a few places carry smaller food sizes but larger storage sizes are hard to find.
Got a link? I didn't see anything like the Action Packer on their site.

Construction on containers like that can be good but there's no latch.

I’ve had good luck with these. Bigger than what you are looking for. The lid latches work well to retain the lid in a trailer or pickup and they seem to be pretty weather tight. Not clear though.

Those can be pad locked, tie wrapped or just wired shut with copper wire or tie wire. They are the best camping container ever but the clear ones are too brittle the grey ones are the bomb.
Different companies make them to much different standards. Ulines are okay, I have some I ganked from a hospital that are 10x the box. The black ones form petsmart are okay. Home depots are crap.
