    who wants to bet if they pay the salvage costs for the boat or run with the money?

    i bet they let the tax payers pay for the boat recovery

    and since this whole stuff my ass with cash cause I'm worthless thing, do you get a 1099 when you paid out by the go fund me website? anyone?
