Can you see those two doing work like that--and then working 3 jobs so their kids can be the first in their families to go to college, get out, and start the next big thing? that idea is long gone buddy, anyone under 30 isn't going to be doing any labor type work, belive me. i got six guys working for me doing labor and not one of them is under forty, it's pretty super fucked up when you think about it, I try not too, I know a couple other businesses up here that are labor based and not one guy is under 35 or 40. And it's not because we won't hire younger people, it's because none of them are the least bit interested in working with their hands or learning a trade. It's sad in a way, but somedays I get it.
