    I bet 1/2 the people on this site now, have no idea how awesome rax skis handle the steeps and variable snow.

    I was waxing my 3yo's 80cm skis the other night and because of how long it took I honestly thought to myself "I can actually think of one good thing about Rax!"

    ...but I forgot about the fins.

    I've ridden the chair with those guys before. Not Rax but some short skis that sold in the eighties. They were convinced (or trying to convince me) that they're the greatest skis in the world. I don't remember the brand name but they're available on eBay or other sites. Whatever, guys...

    pretty sure those are scorpian skis, the story I heard was they were made in the 80s to make tree skiing easier or something.
