Quoted for truth. And nice supra!

Plenty of time and room for all to have fun.

Just don't come out on my lake while we are footing behind our old school tourney boat, bitches!

Then don't complain later when we r jamming to tunes foiling behind my buddies wake boat.

Edit: and pulling the wees on the tube.

    Boat Porn!

Little kids love to Tube. A time and place for everything.

Anything over over 25mph on a pontoon is unnecessary.

OWC has an all day cable Pass and an hour behind a Nautique, that will kick your ass.

yeah, no. but my wake is nothing compared to what multiple wakeboarder boats throw, and they're everywhere, random, and toss everyone else around. Mass numbers of boats intentionally throwing the biggest wake they can is likely to disturb everyone else no matter what they like.

You kids want to take a ride on Uncle Chet’s pontoon boat or you want to take a ride on Suck My Wake?

    Boat Porn!

My folks have one of those tri toons, I forget the brand. It’s got all of the positives and drawbacks of a regular toon except adds plenty top/cruise speed (via way better ability to actually plane) which also brings power for some skiing or tubing. It planes out at a pretty low speed and is comfy for the inland reservoirs it’s used on. Tons of space to party. Speed to explore .

Basically no keel and high profile, like any pontoon, lol tough in a wind to dock or trailer (or fish). Deck is kinda high so you can feel like there’s more roll.

It’s a fun as hell boat if you set your expectations. It’s got a fridge and a sink!! The layout is like a living room. 240 Honda 4 iirc and it’ll maybe do 45 WOT.

I say this like I even got a pirogue lol.

I'm high and dry at the moment. Last spring, the engine in my boat shit the bed. In May, ordered a new LSA engine from Marine Power. Patched up mine to get by. Mechanic said its a grenade, just don't know when it will let go. Boat finally shit the bed in September.

Marine Power takes forever, finally get the engine, wiring harness, new pump parts, etc. in October. Of course, it hits my mechanic's winterizing season, so he can't get to it. Gets married and takes December off. Manages to hurt his back and out of work 3 weeks in January. Gets sick, they think it is longhaulers from Covid, he can't work, and I finally get him committed to start today. Oh yeah, and Marine Power forgot to send a wiring harness for the new gauges, been on their ass since January.

Fucking $30k in parts sitting in boxes and crates. I've missed spring striper season here, paddlefish season, and the big striper run outside of Nashville.

There is a jet boat company over in NC that could have done the work, but they just got a contract for two $1mm ferries for the state of NC, so they can't touch it. Of course, they needed work this winter.

    Shitballs.

the secret to efficient rowing is using the legs. saves on the back pain too.
