Maybe if you ask in a way we could comprehend what you are asking, we could answer your question.

I tried to type a couple responses but gave up. Yeah, boats with standard combustion motors typically go in the direction they are pointed.

Since you specify standard combustion, I've gotta ask: are turbine jet boats a thing?

To be fair, anything can have a turbine engine if your salary is high enough.

Yes. Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and you will not bring too much shitty beer. It’s awesome.

Stumbled upon this article yesterday. I always wonder what the annual cost of owning such a thing would be. Full-time crew, fuel and frequent moorage fees, right.

Maybe 15 years ago, I spent a couple of weeks in Antibes, FR. I had a conversation with a man who owned a foreign currency exchange shop near the marina. He told me that it was common for boat owners to change $15000-$20,000 at a time so they could fuel their yachts.

Saw that Russian's yacht with the helicopter on the back recently, wondered the same thing.

Seems like you'd want to power upstream and float and fish and use power when needed on the way back down but I may be thinking in terms of Ogdens.

If the Ogdens are algebraically complete, then there should be imaginary Ogdens.

I think the 'Imaginary Ogdens' was was the name of Marilyn Manson's simon and garfunkel cover band back in college.
