With Epic Pass sales up 43% over last year where do you guys think Ikon is sitting with sales right now?

Hopefully down 43%, but I doubt it. Maybe down 3-7%.

I ski every day, but I do need a fridge magnet for the calendar to tell me which week is recycle week and which week is yard waste week. That's the Truckee life style.

Got my Ikon marketing horseshit and was able to upgrade the wife and kid to Jackson/Aspen from the Base. Only $40 for the kid!

Definitely will be plastering some lift pole in Jackson with that awesome Ikon sticker!

DOB doesn't dictate what you're allowed to listen to. Grew up in Santa Cruz and I used to take joyrides up to the Alice's Restaurant on Skyline when I got my license. While not the basis for Arlo's classic, the owner was named Alice and she was inspired by the song.

Locals love IKON stickers, almost as much as they love hating on the people that bring their resorts business.

No Jackson Hole or Aspen on the base pass, which I assume you're referring to as the local pass.

    Better stickers too.

You can add them to the base pass for $150, which is not bad for 5 days at Jackson, but it looks like you'll need to make a reservation to use it.

No--some of the Alterra resorts offer a local pass option. The benefits depend on which resort.

Jackson locals should focus their ire elsewhere, like towards this horseshit:

This Jackson ode to Bauhausian architecture can be yours for $1.8M.
    Red rig negotiable.

And here's the math on this place...
It's owned by a local son of teton village, raised skiing the big mtn.
He's considered a slumlord here now, if that actually exists.
Owns many overpriced shitholes, let's them run out their life then sells it as a scraper.

Here's the crux, that prop. is about 3/4 a block from the Hospital; And right now they are one of the most motivated buyer/developers in town. And their pockets are deeper than almost anyone else who might be interested in this otherwise unspectacular offering.

Owner is looking at Hospital to buy and shooting for the moon. He's not unique.
Nor is this type of shite dirt pimpin' around here.

    Supply and demand, that's all.

Yup, I lived in his fourplex to the South of this place about 15 years ago. My current wife lived in his fourplex to the north of this place at the same time. The place to the north also used to be the old Wort brothel building long ago.

If you read the ad on Zillow he is pitching it as a workforce housing dev opportunity, which jives with Djongo's info re: the hospital. I saw that ad shared by another Jackson loc this morning and it sent me checking around on Zillow. I honestly thought this 3BR townhome for $4m was more astonishing.
