If you're the type who sees massive, awe-inspiring weather events as a big problem, it seems obvious to me that you're actually the problem.

Thank you all. This thread continues to deliver. Rebroke the radius ulna yesterday at Squaw so one less Ikon passholder in the lift line.

It really wasn't all that awe inspiring. Two and a half days of road closure for a kinda dud of a storm.

Does this mean your trip to MT has been postponed?

If so, sorry to hear it, was looking forward to making some turns with ya.

I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

Maybe. I just hit SLC at a bizarre time. I was planning on a much later trip in high Colorado.

No offense but that was not directed to you. Although Harry says you are a decent guy so if you showed up I would ski with you.

It was a joke. I’m out in Utah right now waiting to get up the road.

So, by the time you get up the road, what then? Expecting the employees of Alta or Snowbird to welcome you with open arms? No, they're on the bus behind you.

Well Bunny, it's a good thing the employees that were in charge of opening the mountain and driving the tram weren't on the bus behind me. I left my house at 12:45 drove right up the canyon no issues, did 4 trams, a couple upper cirques a lone pine and a wilbre bowl, drank a beer in the parking lot with friends and drove back home with no traffic issues. Way better than I thought it would be. Surprised an Ikonic local like yourself didn't do the same. Beater.

Btw bunny, the more you talk, the more it shows you don't know shit.

    Sure you did.

And then you killed an elk, butchered it, cut down a tree for firewood , cooked it for all your amigos, and bitched about the Ikon tourists over a few kegs.

I've been pretty bummed. 2 more months in a hard cast, so this season is done. I was having a blast spring skiing Tahoe in February and was ready for the rest of the tour, but it wasn't meant to be.

I appreciate your hospitality even if I can't make it.

Mags skiing and hanging with other mags is what this place is about. And skis. Lots of skis.
