I got as far as "review and submit" and still do not see the credits for deferral being applied today. Anyone else figure it out? TKS

Hopefully the person who has to “click” the button doesn’t call in sick

It looks like they shorted us $100. I paid $899 last year and I only have a $799 credit. Am I missing something?

I talked to support. looks like they had an issue with crediting the pass insurance (if you bought it last year) they told me to not add insurance when I check out and they will contact me in a few weeks to add it once they get the credit sorted out.
Pass is bought

Ikon Pass
Just received my email for credits
$11 for an adult pass
$3 for a kid pass
Would have preferred to have a free hamburger or slice of pizza coupon.

I looked around the Ikon website to try to find that info -- didn't see anything. If you find it, please post a link here - we're going to Mammoth too. I'll bring a printout of the 21/22 pass purchase, and the existing Ikon pass cards, and see what happens at the ticket window.

Got my deferral credit. Bought late enough last year that the credit fully covered my renewal price. Not too shabby. Bounced back a couple steps on the checkout once, but got through it easy enough on my phone.

Yeah, that's what I'm seeing.
I paid $799 a year ago after the $200 off for early closure to cover their $999 total price.
Well the $999 hasn't gone up, but they're only giving me the $799 deferral credit + $100 off for renewal so asking for $100 payment, not quite the roll it over to next year I'd been led to believe."The mind, once expanded to the dimensions of larger ideas, never returns to its original size."

When I talked to support they reminded me that back in June/July of 2020 they gave me an additional $100 credit due to the season (2019) ending early due to COVID. If you did the installment plan back then they reduced the monthly payment from $175 for four months to $150.
So it all lined up.
