That was a hell of a first run for BP on the FWT! Congrats...
Logan's run was awesome.
Love these events. Anxious to go poke around that zone at KH in the next week or so when I'm out there (word is they're opening it up to the public after tomorrow is done).

Man that replay action was hard to find on the FWT site:
https://www.freerideworldtour.com/ev...bc-2018/replay
You have to click into the Men's Skiing group on the timeline below to get to them, from there it plays flawlessly.

Congrats to Berekley + oftpiste! I think I remember you talking about your boy back at Gordycamp Whistler 2008, ten years ago... What a day for both of you! Hoping they put out a longer edit so we can see higher quality footage of his run. Logan killed it as well, such a sick run and that stomp was HUGE, can really see it on the POV. Good luck to all tomorrow on T + D.

I was passing through Golden late on Sunday on the way back to MT and said piss on it and convinced the gal pal to crash in the bed of the truck at the KH parking lot so we could watch the event today. It was well worth it. Unbelievable show and as impressive as it is on tv, it was ten times so in person. We found a good vantage point and lucked out being next to Tabke's parents which was fun to hear the chatter from them. I was nervous watching...I can't imagine being a parent!
The speed is so impressive in person. It's hard to explain. And how they can recover so quickly is beyond me. I'm so glad we stayed to watch.

The judges seemed to really be rewarding fall line charging and conversely punishing the traverse heavy lines. Really liked that. Malahkov, Turdell, Pehota... just a lot fun to watch guys charging.
Psyched for todays comp.

So cool seeing these guys shred terrain many of us ski or have skied. Really gives good perspective on how good these guys are.

Unlucky landing for Drew, tough being first guy through the zone.

Berkeley went huge!

I'm liking that Logan's in first and all but, I think Barkered's run was better. His back should have got him some better scoring in my opinion. Logan, on the other hand, didn't really land the 3 well. Too bad for Berkeley to not have stuck his landing, he was doing well.
ETA: Now Turdell's in the lead and rightfully so. Nice run!

That landing area looks like it was kind of tricky. He wasn't the only one to struggle with that landing and he did finish. He's gotta be stoked by yesterday's finish as a rookie. It's all part of the sport and what great experience. Huge props!

Loic got robbed. And the control marks were all over the place

Bummer that Eder backslapped that first landing... his line was pretty great otherwise, very fast and creative. He's going to win some events this year I bet. Yesterday was very clear-cut (I thought), much tougher job for the judges today. Of all sports that require judging this is definitely one of the most difficult.

Patton got hosed! should have been a better score!

Just watched LCP's run again... he should have been higher but, yeah, he needed to hit one more feature towards the end.

I don't know, the top section was good but after that everyone ended up at the same feature.
So stoked to see Ivan get a win.
Agreed on Loic's score. Debatable whether it was a podium run, but definitely should have been higher.
I hope Leo had some spare pants to change into. That must have been scary as hell. If he hits either of those trees square at that speed it would have been ugly.
Drew needs a big run in Andorra.
