Crack goes right where the thickness of the baseplate changes, there is a rectangular crampon adapter slot cut-out underneath. But it is still confusing

Anyone have a blown up G3 Zed heel they don't want? I lost the metal piece in between the forward pressure spring and worm screw and G3 won't replace it because apparently it requires a special machine and trained professional to line up two pieces of metal with a spring.Click image for larger version.
