I have a Patagonia Primo jacket for sale. It's technically a size small, but they run big. I bought a medium and a small and went with the small and I never wear small. I'm about 5'9 165lbs and it fits me great. I only wore it a handful of times and it's really like new. It's a little more than you requested, but it's a really nice coat. $175 plus shipping.
