FS: Dynafit TLT7 Performance, 28.0 + crampon adapters , Intuition Pro Tour Liners
My experiment to size up to a 28 for touring comfort is officially a failure. My low volume 27 feet are just swimming, even with an Intuition Pro Tour Liner and beefy footbeds. So I'm selling my 28.0 TLT7 Performance boots that have barely been used. The TLT7 liners are new and have never been cooked/used as I had the Pro Tour liners in the shells. Please see pics for evidence of minimal use.
The Pro Tour liners are also for sale and are in great condition. They have a few scuffs from the shells on the back but that is cosmetic and they still have the new liner smell.
Additionally, the TLT7s also come with the Dynafit crampon adapter so you can use your regular crampons with the TLT7 which has a different shaped toe. They hardly weigh anything and attach to your crampons. Once attached, just slide your toe in and flip the heel lever, as usual. Aside from having to put the adapters on the crampons (once), putting the crampons on/off the boots is pretty slick.
$325 + ship to US for the TLT7 boots (stock liners) and crampon adapters
$50 + ship to US for the Intuition Pro Tour liners SOLD
Happy to sell the liners and boots together or separately. I think this is a pretty good deal so prices are firm. Happy to answer any questions. Thanks.

I’m interested in the boots! How stiff do they feel? Is this model beefier than the expedition model?

Thanks for weighing in, molson. I have never skied the Expedition model but the Blister review states the grilamid/carbon makes the Performance a little stiffer than the Expedition.
How stiff do they feel? That's a tough question since stiffness is a very relative and often subjective idea. Personally, they are slightly less stiff than my Dynafit Mercurys but I think would have been fine with the TLT7 for just about any backcountry ski if the boot size was correct. The upper cuff felt very supportive with the buckles/strap cranked down. FWIW, I'm 6', 160lbs and try to be more fluid than powerful, at least in my own mind.
If anyone else has experience with the TLT7, please share since my time on them was very limited.

I just picked up a pair of 28.0 Expeditions, looking to get out on them this weekend so I'll report on how they ski. Pretty stoked on them, its my first touring specific boot so its most definitely less boot than I'm used to, still seem solid. Phattypowpow, what size liner did you buy, and how did it fit? The Expedition liner is noticeably thicker than the performance, but I'm still looking for a little more.

I bought the Intuition Pro Tour liner in a 28 for a 28.0 TLT7 shell. Definitely thicker than the stock, especially around the cuff (I had to move the buckles over, even with my chicken leg calves). Around the foot, still thick but not as much. I was still swimming around with my narrow 27 foot. I decided to try a 28 to avoid punching for my 6th toes but it just ended up being too big around the rest of my foot. Live and learn.

I've received some interest about the boots but no one has committed yet. Until someone does, they are still available. While I try to honor "dibs" and order of communication, I'm not going to turn down offers waiting for folks to decide.
EDIT: liners have been sold

Curious, what do your feet measure? I could be interested, but have never put a TLT7 on my foot.

I am pretty much a 27/27.5 in every boot I own. Overall, my feet are pretty low volume and narrow although my forefoot has gotten a bit wider the last couple years. Previous versions of the TLT (5&6) were pretty narrow and low volume but the 7 is a bit wider and roomier. Not hugely so but noticeably more than previous versions. In hindsight, I probably would have been fine in a 27 TLT7 since the 28 was clearly too big in all ways (width, length, height) for me. I thought I could compensate with an Intuition liner but it wasn't enough.
If anyone else has experience with the fit of the TLT7, please don't hesitate to weigh in. Thanks!
