    $1 Menu is back

Where else can you get a full day's caloric intake and get change back on a $5?

Not even the Alpenrose buffet can compete.

And Subway brought back the $5 footlong, except it's the $4.99 footlong because, well, Fogle.

I was thinking about this the other day and how the post-holiday release date is probably not a coincidence, and instead a ploy to break New Year's fitness resolutions even faster. Evil genius, really.

    That is odd.

Still like the Wendy's 4 for 4 unless you really only want a burger and drink or 1 item period.

Subway's bread has an odd smell. Can't bring myself to go there as a result. Somewhere between blown in formaldehyde insulation and the odor from my son's sneakers.

    +1

Fast food involves both hideously violent economies of scale and sad, sad end users who volunteer to be taken advantage of.
