    Tom, hope the set up works for you, boots are far from new, but they are 100x better than the skis/boots/bindings I learned to tele on and 1/2 the cost.

    Thanks 406 for your kind offer.

    To the guys that thought I was trolling: don't go into detective work.

    Started taking ballet lessons today. That will help with much needed conditioning.

    Started tap dancing lessons a few weeks ago. In discussing various things with the teacher, including starting skiing and how out of shape I was, she had been encouraging me to try the ballet class. I was reluctant at first. Wasn't too keen on wearing leotards. LoL. She said I didn't have to, and I tried it.

    I'll tell you, it's a good workout for strength (mainly legs), flexibility, and balance. And way more fun than going to a gym. I find working out in a gym boring. I'm going to keep it up.
