    I think I'd go with chocolate or coffee ice cream. The cocoa porter I had at the brewery in Watkins Glen a few months ago would be better with vanilla.

    Ask and ye shall receive. Itís a pretty cool place. the brewery and tasting room are in old buildings that have been repurposed. I assume they used to be brick factories because thatís what the town was known for historically.

    That looks awesome, Thanks for sharing the pics! I love seeing other breweries layouts.

    Looks like they have a 15 barrel system?

    Those old brick buildings just scream brewery.

    Love the shot of your sea kayak too!

    Thanks. It’s from last summer. I was paddling around Haverstraw bay in the Hudson.
