WTB: DT Swiss star ratchet upgrade kit

Got some new wheels with the 18 POE but Im used to the 36. Looking for same or the 54 but cant quite stomach the price of new.

Just suck it up and buy the 54T kit. Should be able to find something for about $100 that includes the overpriced DT Swiss grease.

I can’t imagine a scenario in the world where someone would be selling a used 54T ratchet.

Occasionally see these come up used on pinkbike. I'm similar - would really like to upgrade to better engagement, but price is hard to justify.

I got a 54t from AliExpress recently for way less than retail. Didn't come with grease but I have some good stuff already. Took 2 weeks to arrive.

You used it yet? Reports seem mixed on it, and while it’s def cheaper they ain’t giving it away. I’m thinking that there’s gotta be someone who went 36 to 54...

If I can’t find it I’ll likely go for the DT branded one, but am interested in more real world info On the Chinese one
