Anonymous to protect whatever

from the Jesse's of the board

Looking for investment ideas for $275,000 cash
Don't have to use all of it, but looking to continue to roll

Needs to be:
Legal
Fast turn
Will pay taxes
No block chain bull shit
No long term cash lock up
No stocks, bonds, warrants, futures, etc (i.e. intangible shit)
No weed in legal states
No whorehouses in NV

Ideas?

What about

1. I am doing frame off car restorations and hitting 6 Mecums (sp?) and concourse events a year would like to do 2 cars at once instead of one

2. I operate a diving vessel in international waters have found a sunken ship treasure and need $ to get it out

3. I have a used car lot and need more cars, you can hold the titles and file UCC1 against inventory and I list you as
additional insured on my lot insurance policy, and as a bonus you can have a dealer plate and go to auctions. When I sell one, you can bring me the title and I will give you a cashiers check or cash.

4. I have a store that is going to buy $50,000 in special widgets from me that only I can acquire and the widgets cost $15,000. I am tapped out on credit cards and the widget buyer won't pay upfront but will put $50K in escrow with an irrevocable letter of credit to back it all up

5. now your ideas?

what's your definition of fast turn?
if it's a couple yrs then real estate in the right place would be a good thing to look at.
Might also be able to use it as an excuse to live in a cool new place for a bit

Fast Turn: Monthly , Quarterly

"cool new place", True: But, I have ties, work, within my community so it's not easy to leave longer term
And, RE can take a long time to close plus most deals would require fix and flip and I can't afford to
do it in my local market
