If you consider getting on a plane as accessible from the east coast, literally anywhere in the world is. I recommend St. Moritz as a result.

Well, it's aboot time someone from the Canadian government had Celine's back. What is the "President of Canada" anyway? Sounds like a cabinet position, eh? And tell Justin Trudeau that he's a dick.

I've been in your position and taken the wife to Sun Valley and Mt Bachelor with great success. I've almost got her convinced to move to Bend OR. Tahoe's always a hit too.

If you don’t have an Epic Pass, don’t go to an Epic resort.

Aspen, Telluride, Jackson, Sun Valley or Steamboat, would be better choices.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, hadn't considered Sun Valley actually. I'm in Australia right now so it's all "accessible" from the east as far as I'm concerned. Might have to make it more than 4 days though and consider some of the more remote options too...although good to know I'm on the right track.

Quebec City isn't a bad call. It's a beautiful place and St. Anne and Massif are both great hills. The exchange is in your favour too. You might end up freezing your ass off though.

Or stay here in Baie St. Paul - http://www.legermainhotels.com/en/charlevoix/

Whistler would also work. There's enough going on at the base.

Vail and Beaver Creek are good options if you're willing to spend some coin.

JT shreds harder than any other world leader in history, at least as far as I know. He deserves his props.

I'd say Mont Tremblant, my wife loves the shopping, and there are pretty long blues and greens. Stay at the Fairmont or Sommet des Neiges if you don't want to go far to the lifts.

Sale until 1pm EST today, $46/ski day: https://promo.tremblant.ca/en/winter...937.1511554699

I haven't been to Massif or Ste Anne though.

Wherever you end up book a place that's a short walk to the lifts or ski in/out. Having to shuttle, drive, etc is a PITA especially trying to convince or impress your girl.
